This Return Policy explains how you can cancel a distance contract or return Zenvitalea products purchased from Vomrelonttquozl through vomrelonttquozl.world. It complements our Terms of Service and applies to consumers in the European Union unless stricter mandatory rights exist in your country.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs at the standard rate (excluding supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive common option we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Exceptions for sealed goods

Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in national law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the supply of sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Zenvitalea is supplied in sealed packaging. If you open the primary seal for consumption or testing beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning in the limited sense permitted by case law, your withdrawal right may be partially or fully excluded. If you are uncertain, contact us before opening the product.

Return process

  1. Contact us at message@vomrelonttquozl.world with your order reference, name, and whether you seek withdrawal or a remedy for a defective product.
  2. We provide a return address within the EU or instructions for carrier collection where offered.
  3. Pack the goods securely in outer packaging to prevent damage during transport. Include a note with your name and order number.
  4. Use a trackable shipping method when recommended; retain proof of postage until the return is completed.
  5. After inspection, we process refunds or replacements according to applicable law.

Defective or non-conforming goods

Legal warranty rights are separate from the right of withdrawal. If Zenvitalea is not in conformity with the contract, please contact us with a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs of batch codes and packaging. We will remedy the lack of conformity in line with Chapters 5 and 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978, as amended) and parallel EU rules on consumer sales.

Refund timing and deductions

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect returned goods, unless applicable law requires earlier reimbursement for non-conformity claims. If the returned product shows diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, we may reduce the refund proportionately, consistent with Article 14 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
